Training and schools are essential to building long-term resilience by equipping individuals with practical skills, literacy, and vocational competencies. Access to quality education enables communities to improve livelihoods, adapt to economic change, and reduce dependence on external assistance.
From 2014 Village home devise and implemented programs related to vocational training. This training included sewing and a wide variety of producing handicraft items to be sold in Village Home's retail stores in Europe and the United States. Village Home started using single elementary school in the Korail in 2014 and eventually included schools as far north as Char Panka, Chaplin Nawabganj. |
